aiSysMet is an AI-powered data analytics platform that consists of a suite of tools (MetCraft, MetaboQuest, ImgCraft, and IntSys) for biomarker discovery by enabling systems metabolomics and integrative analysis of multi-omics and imaging data.

  • MetCraft

    MetCraft converts raw metabolomics data for annotation and quantitative analysis. It also performs omics data processing including normalization, missing value imputation, batch correction, etc.

  • MetaboQuest

    MetaboQuest uses databases for metabolite annotation by mass-based search and spectral matching. It also applies deep learning models for ranking putative metabolite candidates based on MS/MS data.
